Sc-8206 is a new type of thermal conductive silica gel used in 5G equipment heat dissipation. Uniform thermal conductive coating can be formed on PET substrate to help 5G equipment better heat dissipation by coating process combined with crosslinking agent, platinum catalyst, anchoring agent. Compared with the traditional thermal conductive silicone grease, the thermal conductive coating prepared by sc-8206 is thinner, more uniform, better adhesion and thermal conductivity, and will not flow away in long-term use. |

1. Moderate viscosity, easy to coating; 2. Good thermal conductivity, thermal conductivity ≥ 0.6w/m·k 3. When used with anchoring agent, it has good adhesion with PET substrate; 4. After curing, the coating has low volatile, and fit well with the thermal conductive surface, and is not easy to warp and deform after long-term use.

This product can be used with anchoring agent and platinum catalyst to prepare thermal conductive silicone coating.It is mainly used in the production of PET thermal conductive film, thermal conductive double-sided adhesive tape and thermal conductive adhesive tape. |

1. The packing specification of this product is 35kg / barrel, and other specifications can be provided according to the needs of users. 2. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of production. 3. Due to the different coating equipment, process and substrate of each manufacturer, it is recommended to test before using this product. 4.If placed for a long time, the product may have thermal conductive material precipitation phenomenon, should first mix the compound evenly before dispensing. 5.Batching method

Weigh the thermal conducting coating silica gel → add solvent and anchoring agent →mix well → add platinum catalyst sc-ptx-4000 → mix well
While used for coating, the typical curing parameters is 140 ℃ * 3 minutes baking, each time the amount of ingredients should not be too much (the recommended usage will be used up in 4 hours), so as to avoid the waste of material.
