Sc-7111 silicone adhesive is a one component neutral silicone adhesive with excellent adhesion, fixation and sealing functions.It can also be used for the bonding and sealing of high-voltage parts such as lamps, underwater instruments, microwave ovens, electric irons, electric heating tubes, control panels of household appliances, CRT picture tubes, Dy deflection coils, etc. it can also be used for the bonding of PCB sensitive components, capacitors, triode sensors and led chips.
Product features
- It has good high and low temperature resistance, good weather resistance and strong adhesion. It can be used outdoors for a long time at - 60 ℃ ~ 230 ℃.
- It can adjust the viscosity for customers. It has good adhesion to metal, glass, ceramics and most plastics.
- The excellent properties of silicone material make it dust-proof, anti-corrosion, insulation, anti ultraviolet radiation and delay aging for the electronic components after encapsulation.

Product features
sc-7607 is a one component neutral room temperature curing silicone rubber.Through condensation reaction with water in the air, it releases low molecular weight to cause cross-linking, and vulcanizes into high-performance elastomer.The cured elastomer has good stability, high and low temperature resistance, ultraviolet resistance, ozone aging resistance and excellent electrical properties, as well as good thermal conductivity and flame retardancy.It has good adhesiveness to most metal and non-metal materials, can seal and bond a variety of electronic components, and does not pollute the surrounding environment.This product has passed UL flame retardant certification.
